Marisa Hambleton

Chief delivery Officer - CEO & Founder

Marisa is an experienced and certified Salesforce professional. She is also an accomplished project and program management professional. Her greatest enthusiasm is creative problem-solving. She puts her analytical and quantitative skills to the test by providing needs analysis while developing solutions and strategies, mindful of the interactions between people, processes, and systems.

During her tenure at IBM, she worked with teams and business partners across North and South America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific, overseeing highly complex software engineering projects involving domestic and international teams, Marisa holds a keen focus on relationships. She is proficient in collaborating with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and executives. Excellent organizational skills compliment her ability to work under tight deadlines while coordinating multiple initiatives. Marisa’s planned approach is systematic, yet creative and innovative; in prioritizing tasks with efficiency and a high level of attention to detail.

Marisa earned her Master of Science in Information Management from W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from the University of Texas – El Paso. She is also Salesforce Certified (Service Cloud, Developer, Administrator) and a PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Marisa is an active member of her local Tempe neighborhood and school community as well as an Arts advocate. She enjoys volunteering, camping, outdoor activities, and is a DIYer.  She is fluent in Spanish and is a proud Chicana. She is a voracious reader and loves writing and telling stories of growing up in El Paso, Texas, and what it means to have Mexican-American roots.

She is a Trailblazer and Salesforce community organizer. As co-leader of the Salesforce Phoenix Developer Group, she advocates for the local Salesforce community. Marisa is the founding member of the Salesforce Phoenix Women In Tech (formerly GirlyGeeks) and led the Salesforce Phoenix User Group from 2013 to 2018. Marisa was inspired to bring her local communities together and spearheads Cactusforce a community conference for Salesforce Developers and Architects.

Mike Hambleton

Principal Software Engineer

Experienced software engineer with over 10 years of experience in the mobile space. For the past three years, he has been developing solutions on the Salesforce Platform.

Mike has a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications on schedule. He is excellent at analyzing difficult issues and finding solutions through creativity, teamwork, and tenacity.

His greatest strengths are in Java and its ecosystem, as well as object-oriented design and programming. His thorough methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem solving is a natural fit for test-driven development. Before Force.com, he developed applications and other software for BlackBerry and Palm devices.

Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology in Phoenix. He is a Sun Certified Java Programmer. Mike is an avid reader who also enjoys sports and athletic activities.

Jen Augustain

Creative Operations

Jen Augustain provides back office operations and creative support to the MH2X team. She is responsible for maintaining order behind the scenes and brings a unique point-of-view to the team and its engagements. As an artist she uses her talents and originality to address everyday operational tasks.

Jen brings over 20 years of coordinating prowess from teaching and running Art Masterpiece programs in K-6 classrooms where she used the elements of art and principals of design to create lessons and activities that supported curriculum standards. Jen organized over 70+ volunteers, oversaw lesson scheduling, worked with school faculty and staff, and acted as liaison to the district.

She worked as a digital ink and paint artist on the animated film Anastasia for Fox Animation Studios. Her creative career spans print, corporate and retail. In her spare time she enjoys her pets, the outdoors, running through arroyos with her husband, and year-around gardening at her acre-lot home that sits in a citrus orchard. She is a phenomenal cook and mom to her three children.
