Marisa Hambleton

Managing Partner, Co-founder

Since 2009, Marisa has provided technology solutions and consulting services for Salesforce and other cloud computing technologies. Driven, passionate and service-oriented, she has led an agile team in implementing applications to clients across various industries, geographies, and sizes. 

Marisa is also an accomplished project and program management professional. Her greatest enthusiasm is creative problem solving. She puts her analytical and quantitative skills to the test by providing needs analysis while developing solutions and strategies, mindful of the interactions between people, processes and systems.

Providing Salesforce solutions across a broad range of technology projects, the scope of Marisa’s projects has led her to work in a variety of industries, from large enterprises to medium and emerging firms.

Working with partners across North and South America, Europe and Asia Pacific, overseeing highly complex software engineering projects involving domestic and international teams, Marisa holds a keen focus on business partner relationships. She is proficient in collaborating with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and executives. Excellent organizational skills compliment her ability to work under tight deadlines while coordinating multiple initiatives. Marisa’s planned approach is systematic, yet creative and innovative; in prioritizing tasks with efficiency and a high level of attention to detail.

Marisa earned her Master of Science in Information Management from W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from the University of Texas – El Paso. She is also Salesforce Certified (Service Cloud, Developer, Administrator) and a PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Marisa is an active member of her local Tempe neighborhood and school community as well as an Arts advocate. She enjoys volunteering, camping, outdoors activities, and is a DIYer.  She is fluent in Spanish, and loves her Mexican-American roots

She is a Salesforce Trailblazer, advocate of her local Salesforce community, Women In Technology, and a community leader with the Salesforce Phoenix Developer Group, Salesforce Phoenix User Group, Founding member of the Salesforce Phoenix Women In Tech (formerly GirlyGeeks).

Mike Hambleton

Principal Software Engineer and Co-founder

Experienced software engineer with over 10 years of experience in the mobile space. For the past three years, he has been developing solutions on the Force.com Platform.

Mike has a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications on schedule. He is excellent at analyzing difficult issues and finding solutions through creativity, teamwork, and tenacity.

His greatest strengths are in Java and its ecosystem, as well as object-oriented design and programming. His thorough methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem solving is a natural fit for test-driven development. Before Force.com, he developed applications and other software for BlackBerry and Palm devices.

Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology in Phoenix. He is a Sun Certified Java Programmer. Mike is an avid reader who also enjoys sports and athletic activities.

Lori Stipp

Senior Software Developer

Lori is a strong communicator and leader, with experience in software development, object-oriented design, technical writing, project management, curriculum development and training. 

During her long career, Lori has applied her skills and passion for continuous improvement to software projects large and small, in a variety of industries. Currently, Lori specializes in Apex and Visualforce development on the Force.com platform. She loves solving software development problems and is pleased to offer her programming and organizational skills to MH2 LLC clients. 

Lori earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Systems Programming, from Purdue University and is a certified Force.com developer. She also earned a Certificate in the Management of Technical Information from the University of California, Santa Cruz

Passionate about providing exceptional service, Jacqueline has spent the last 20 years sharing her strategic and forward thinking team- and process-development skills with clients of all sizes. 

As an executive relationship partner with expertise in business applications, technical writing, process engineering and program deployment, Jacqueline has provided ERP/CRM, SaaS, and productivity solutions to companies in a wide-range of industries, including finance, insurance, legal, education, medical, nonprofit, technology, and hospitality.

Producing both hard/soft skills deliverables throughout the years in roles ranging from programming code to channel management, she is pleased to add her 6 years of Salesforce implementation experience as a resource to MH2 LLC clients and partners. 

Jacqueline earned her MBA in High Technology from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of San Diego Jacobs School of Engineering.

An avid yogini and long-time choral singer, Jacqueline further expresses her community ministry through movement and music. She served as the Chairperson for the All Saints’ Episcopal Church Friends of Music committee and has been a soprano for the All Saints’ Senior Choir for 13 seasons.

Ann is a certified yoga teacher with over 800 hours of training and over 1000 hours of teaching experience.  She is an avid reader, gardener and cook. She also enjoys volunteering at a Therapeutic Riding Center.

Ann has been a Salesforce consulting professional for the past five years. She has owned her own small business, worked for large international businesses, government agencies and non-profits.  She is skilled at creating efficiencies so that businesses can freely focus on connecting with their customers and stakeholders. Ann considers Salesforce to be the perfect vehicle for achieving this goal. Using her skills as a thoughtful communicator, Ann identifies business processes and translates them into effective CRM solutions.

Ann is a Certified Salesforce Administrator and Force.com Developer.
